The Brotherhood in Practice

What We Do

THE CLAIMSMEN is built on four pillars — Leadership, Adventure, Service, and Brotherhood. Every program, every trip, every gathering exists to develop better men and strengthen the insurance profession.

Common Questions

What You Need to Know

01Do I have to be an insurance adjuster to join?

No. THE CLAIMSMEN welcomes all insurance professionals — adjusters, agents, underwriters, risk managers, attorneys, and vendors who serve the industry. If you work in insurance and share our values, there is a place for you here.

02Are the outdoor trips mandatory?

No. Trips are optional and open to all members based on availability. Some trips are open to all tiers; others are prioritized for Brotherhood and Founding Members. You participate at the level that works for your life.

03What is the Leadership Academy?

The CLAIMSMEN Leadership Academy is a 12-module professional development curriculum hosted in partnership with the National Insurance Institute. It covers leadership, communication, ethics, and career development. It is educational only — no designations are issued.

04How does the Guide Program work?

Every new member is paired with an experienced CLAIMSMEN Guide for their first 90 days. Your Guide helps you navigate the organization, make connections, and get the most out of your membership from day one.

05Is this a religious or political organization?

No. THE CLAIMSMEN is a professional brotherhood. We are united by our profession, our values, and our commitment to service — not by political affiliation or religious doctrine.

06How do I start a chapter in my region?

Contact us at [email protected]. We are actively forming chapters across the country and are looking for founding chapter leaders in every region.

Ready to Be Part of Something Bigger?

Membership is selective. Standards are high. Brotherhood is real.
