The Guide Program
Every New Member Deserves Someone in Their Corner
Starting a career in insurance can be isolating. The Guide Program exists to make sure no new man walks into this profession alone. It is available to members who are early in their insurance career and want a trusted resource by their side as they find their footing.
Not every member needs a Guide. Experienced professionals who join THE CLAIMSMEN are welcomed directly into the full brotherhood. The Guide Program is specifically designed for those who are new to the industry and would benefit from having an experienced voice in their corner.
"A Guide is not a supervisor. A Guide is a trusted resource, a mentor, and a friend — an experienced CLAIMSMEN member who volunteers to walk alongside a newer man as he builds his career and his place in the brotherhood."

Leadership Academy
THE CLAIMSMEN Leadership Academy
Hosted by the National Insurance Institute
Leadership is learned through experience, education, and service. THE CLAIMSMEN Leadership Academy provides practical leadership development designed specifically for professionals in the insurance industry — available exclusively to members.
The Leadership Academy is educational only. It does not award professional designations. Its purpose is to develop stronger leaders within THE CLAIMSMEN and throughout the insurance profession.

Fellowship Recognition
Recognition Is Earned. Never Purchased.
Recognition within THE CLAIMSMEN is earned through commitment, service, leadership, and participation — never through a check.
Fellow
Members become eligible for nomination after a minimum of five years of active membership. Eligibility requires active participation, volunteer service, good standing, leadership within the organization, service as a Guide, recommendation by fellow members, and approval by the Board of Directors.

Distinguished Fellow
The highest earned recognition within THE CLAIMSMEN. Reserved for members who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership, service, mentorship, and long-term impact. Generally requires fifteen or more years of active service and approval by the Board of Directors.
Only a small number of members will ever receive this recognition.
Founding Fellow
The first 100 Founding Members will forever be recognized as Founding Fellows. This honorary recognition can never be earned after the founding membership closes.
Reserved for the first 100 Founding Members — permanently.
Service Milestones
Service milestones celebrate loyalty. Fellowship recognizes leadership and service.
