Show Up. Lead. Serve.
THE CLAIMSMEN is built by the members who show up. There are many ways to contribute — through committees, the Guide Program, volunteer service, chapter leadership, and more.
Committees
Where the Work Gets Done
Committees are how THE CLAIMSMEN operates. Every committee is member-led and focused on a specific area of the association's work.

| Leadership & Education | Leadership Academy, education partners, speakers, professional programs. |
| Events | Summit, Regional Forums, event standards, volunteer execution. |
| Service & Stewardship | Service, conservation, veterans, community resilience, impact. |
| Corporate Engagement | Corporate Membership, employer relationships, sponsor coordination. |
| Chapters | Chapter applications, leader support, standards, reporting. |
| Governance / Nominating | Board nominations, governance practices, bylaws review. |
The Guide Program
Invest in the Next Generation
Experienced members are encouraged to serve as Guides for newer professionals. The Guide Program is a six-month structured relationship that helps newer members engage with the association, build confidence, and find their footing in the profession.
